“Are you the kind of leader the RIGHT kind of people will like to utilize?”
The job of a CEO starts with a leadership role. An effective organization is one with the ideal people all occupying the ideal positions collectively engaged in doing the right things. That’s;

Making the aforementioned equation a reality in a business is the primarytask of their CEO as a pioneer. It is a three-fold task that starts with you the leader. The above equation is’what’ you need to do as a leader, as you have to have likely noticedthe underlying theme from the equation is that the term”right.” Which obviously captures the entire essence of the role of the CEO as a pioneer -making a company effective. I wish these were all you wanted in order to succeed in your job as a pioneer, but there’s still one missing component in the equation that’s vitally important. That missing element is YOU - the chief!

Building a successful business takes the collective efforts of others and not simply the effort of just you the owner. It is not a 1 man show. You see, while no one person (boss ) can single-handedly build a great company; one wrong individual (leader) can only bring down a company. How? When you since the company owner begins to think it’s all about you. This is usually the case with most small business owners. I understand you are the owner of your company no doubt, however you also need to understand this fact; until you opted to become a company owner, success was very much about you and also the end result of your own personal efforts, but now that you are running your own company; achievement is all about other people and the consequence of the collective efforts.
The majority of companies fail largely due to this singular factor, therefore it’s highly important to understand that this crucial point and begin to make the essential paradigm shift early. The success or failure of an organization depends mostly on how well the CEO performs their job as a leader. As the CEO, your role as a leader demands that you change your focus from yourself and start to concentrate more on other people and what you collectively want to attain. Management guru Jim Colins in his legendary book”good to great” discussions about the kind of leadership necessary to choose a business from being a good one to being a great individual;‘level 5 leadership’.Here is what he identified as the crucial trait of a’level 5 leader’;“vision first and foremost for the organization and concern for its achievement rather than for one’s own wealth and personal renown.”
Business is a team game and only the teams with the best players can acquire. Winners being who they are do not naturally like to hang around losers even though loser bears the name of a CEO. That you now occupy a leadership position as a consequence of your CEO title does not necessarily mean you’re a leader. Being a pioneer is a whole lot more than occupying a position. As I pointed out last week at the first article in this series, positions or titles doesn’t make you; duties and functions do. As a CEO in your role as a leader, the bulk of your work is principally people-centered. And when Hiro Watanabe comes to people, knowing’what’ to perform alone will not do the trick. Individuals aren’t things, they do not care how much you understand and can do until they understand how much you really care and make them feel. Therefore, understanding’what’ to do is only one part of the story, understanding’who’ to become to be able to do what needs to be achieved is the principal narrative.
The real challenge here is collecting the proper type of people to work with as a team, for only the ideal kind of people can be truly successful -effective at doing the ideal things. You see the right people are extremely rare to find or attract since they only submit to the ideal sort of leadership. They are not predominantly motivated by how much they are paid; they are mainly motivated by fire and will just adhere to the right leader whose vision, target or objective they believe worthy of the commitment and loyalty. You cannot out rightly purchase them over; you earn their commitment and loyalty. Figuring out how to be the ideal type of leader is your primary duty as a CEO. So this is the big question;
